May 01, Kathmandu - Lumbini Province's former Chief Minister Dilli Bahadur Chaudhary expressed his deep sorrow over the tragic jeep accident in Rolpa. The incident occurred on Thursday near Jaljala, while a jeep traveling from Rukum East to Rolpa for the Purnima festival collided on a hill in Thabang Rural Municipality-1 and 4, resulting in the deaths of 20 people.

Chaudhary described the event as deeply heartbreaking and expressed his shock and grief over the loss of lives. He extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and prayed for their eternal peace.

He also called on the government to identify the cause of the accident, conduct thorough investigations, and take necessary measures to prevent such tragedies in the future.
